Qualifications Required:
Diploma or minimum Certificate in Education or similar qualification.
- 2 years’ experience in Subject Management within the School
- Good Management and Leadership skills
- Full command in ICT
- Should have high appraisal as a teacher

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan the Scheme of Work for the year before the beginning of the year for the particular subjects. This should be done through liaison with Subject Teachers.
- Break down the Yearly Schemes into detailed Weekly and Monthly plans.
Assist the Head of Academics to plan out teacher and class distribution with
- Principal’s permission.
- Organize study materials with the help of class teachers informing Principal
- Prepare individual materials with the help of class teachers informing Principals
- Prepare separate materials for individual students
- To conduct an evaluation to help the underachievers.
- Prepare and / or audit all exam and test papers to ensure papers covers the syllabus and is according to the format required for children facing difficulties.
- Submit at the end of the week the lesson plans to the Head of Academics
- Perform other tasks given by Head of Academics.
