Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitors badges
Keep work area clean and tidy on a constant basis
Call persons waiting for visitor
Records and Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services(EMS and DHL)
Takes and retrieve messages for various personnel
Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
Arrange appointments.
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
Control inventory relevant to reception area
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
