The regional manager’s offices TANROADS-kigoma, on behalf of the Chief Executive TANROADS, intend to recruit suitable qualified and competent Tanzanian to fill the following vacancies on specific duties within the Regional on renewable contract terms.

-successful applicants must be ready to work on assigned office work accordingly.

-only successfully applicants will be notified to attend the interview at their own cost at kigoma

1. JOB TITTLE: MOTOR VEHICLE MECHANICS-DRIVER -3 POSTS

A.KEY QUALIFICATION:

Must be Motor Vehicle Mechanics from recognized training institute..
Having form iv certificate secondary education
Having valid driving license class “C” with a clean past driving record.
Working experience in similar job for 8 years.
Must be Tanzanian
Having level 3 or Trade test grade 1 in motor vehicle mechanics from VETA or any other recognized institution.
Age limit not above 40 years

B.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The holder of thus post, who report to heads of accounts and administration will be responsible for:

1. Carry out repairs and maintenance of vehicle according to mechanical standards and procedure

2. Carry out cleanliness of working tools and equipment’s

3. Maintain the vehicle logbook, job cards for mechanical works records keep the vehicle in good working order and in clean condition

4. Timely report to head of Accounts and Administration in any repair of maintenance needs f vehicle

5. Inspects the vehicle before and after safari

6. Perform such other related duties as may be assigned by HAA
