SOFT DRINK SALES EXECUTIVE 6 POST

We are currently interested to hire 6 sales executive for our clients in Arusha. Area of operation will Northern Tanzania, Central Tanzania and Lake zone.

Job Description:

We position require game changers capable to drive urban & rural marketplace execution and customer service. The Sales Executives will also have the opportunity to cultivate relationships and manage multiple priorities to make a positive client to ensure soft drinks distribution impact.

Duties:
 Manage, motivate and develop a team of agents and retail distributors in each area of operation to increase daily productivity and improve business performance.
 Identify potential buyers in each area of operation
 Work proactively with customers to understand their requirement in relation to soft drinks we are distributing.
 Provide necessary details for our client
 Provide feedback to the management for the service improvement
 Collaborate with sales and Marketing manager to ensure orders are submitted, delivered and merchandised according to plan
 Activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
 Meet target on monthly basis
 Ensure soft drinks distribution in each part of demarcated area of operation
 Observe products movement and share with management on monthly basis.

Qualifications:
 A minimum of 4 years as soft drinks sales executive/associates
 Secondary school/High school education
 Spirit! We are looking for someone to inspire others
 Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/ or weekends
 Proficient in phone usage (M-pesa, Tigo pesa and other mobile cash transfer) and computer some times
 Must be willing and able to lift up to 10 Kilograms. periodically
 Must be authorized to work in the Tanzania
 Resident of each of the zone will be given priority
 Knowledge of the three zone will be an added advantage
