JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and implement appropriate strategies for advertising and communication
Work closely with Sales, Technical and Project teams to define product lines and market penetration plans
Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials and ensure messages are consistent and up-to-date
Design print ads and publications including letterheads, business cards, etc.
Oversee implementation of the marketing strategy including campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR
Undertake market trend analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends for market segmentation, targeting and position for each product line
increasing search engine efficiencies, reputation and recognition
Manage marketing budget for all staffing, resources and capital purchases

ASSISTANT QUALITY HEALTH SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (QHSE) OFFICER

Our client is looking for the assistant QHSE officer. The ideal candidate will work to assist the QHSE Officer in implementing an integrated Quality Health, Safety and Environment management system in the organization. . In this function as Assistant QHSE officer, the candidate will have the authority to implement changes to conditions that create unacceptable risk-levels.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Consider the responsibility and the authority to enforce safety to a matter of first importance
Assist supervisors to estimate and plan jobs with accident prevention procedures and employee safety in mind and the knowledge that precautions for doing a job properly may alter the time, equipment or manpower necessary to perform it
Be a role model in using proper personal protective equipment and set an example in following the rules that are being enforced on others
Enforce the use of proper personal protective equipment and take appropriate corrective action when proper personal protective equipment is not being used

Understand that proper maintenance of tools and equipment, and general good housekeeping on the site will promote and enforce safety
Ensure daily documented pre-start and other inspection on site and equipment are completed as required
Report any safety violations to QHSE Officer as early as reasonably practicable

SEAFREIGHT IMPORT MANAGER

An interesting opportunity for a Sea freight import manager is open. Our client from a logistic industry is looking for a sea freight import manager to join their team. Te ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the client portfolios in a sustainable & profitable way.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Inform N-1 of the entity strategy/ evolutions and communicate on required alignments
Deliver set goals in terms of quality of service & costs control
Organize recruitments (after validation by the HMO) in collaboration with HR department and interview/select potential staff.
Build and review regularly the import organisation (staff, skills). IFFM units must be balanced in terms of skills and seniority (submission to MOM for validation)
Define SOPs in collaboration with QHSE department (submission to HMO for validation)
Review regularly the client portfolio split by IFFM units regarding quality of service delivered, profitability and available means
Ensure that the appropriate quality of service is delivered to clients (according to quotation conditions)
Validate/ Support Sales department actions for specific quotations (technical validation & tariff)
Monitor quality of service and profitability for the department
Manage operational relationship with subcontractors
