Bulwark Associates Advocates (BAA) Limited is a registered Law Firm having commenced its activities in December 2011. BAA is an innovative, flexible law firm, focusing on delivering quick and reliable legal advisory and representation services to clients.

Bulwark Associates Advocates (BAA) is seeking to engage proactive legal practitioners with sound and verifiable background experience to undertake legal functions in our fast growing firm. The firm also wants to recruit qualified and reliable drivers.

DRIVER (4 posts) Reports to: Administration Manager
Brief Job Description
The position of driver consists of safely driving the firm's motor vehicles.

Responsibilities
• Ferrying the firm's officers to point of destination.
• Distribute and deliver the firm's mail or cargo.
• Carry out daily inspection of the vehicle to detect any mechanical or other defects which must be reported to rElspective supervisor to ensure safe driving.
• Comply with traffic regulations to operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain the car logbook by recording all trips and fuel consumption.
• Perform any other duties assigned by his superior.

Qualifications and Experience
• Form IV; with Clean Driving License years of driving experience.
• Motor Vehicle Driving Certificate from the National
• Institute of Trans'port (NIT) or equivalent recognized institution.
• Possession of Certificate in Motor Vehicle Mechanics is an added advantage.
• Ability to monitor and give full attention to the vehicle while driving to ensure the vehicle is working properly.

Requirements
• Must be Tanzanian national with not less than years
• Must be reliable, responsible and dependable.
• Must maintain composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger and avoiding aggressive behavior, at all times.
• Must be pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good -natured and cooperative attitude.

Age Limit
Between 25 years and 40 years

All posts carry an attractive remuneration package in accordance with the BAA Scheme of service and other related institutional Human Resource policies and Regulations.
