Product Delivery Specialist (Grade 10)

JOB PURPOSE
  • Supervision and overseeing execution of massive and segmented offer for all products in Commercial Categories Nationwide.
  • Analysis of consumer behavior and competitor’s actions with focus on field activities,
    Get involved in defining the pricing strategies and revenue management actions that maximize revenues, gross margin and market share at National level
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Oversee the designing of massive and segmented Commercial field execution initiatives in collaboration with Marketing Services, Go to Market and Customer Operations.
  • Implement Mass and Segmented Product knowledge to all Customer touch points, and fully equipped with product performance in close collaboration with Product owners, Go to Market, Marketing Services and Customer touch points Pro- actively taking  appropriate actions to improve results.
  •  Supervise the implementation and manage product knowledge processes to successfully enable our Customer touch points with fully knowledge of our services and products
  • Ensure the Commercial field execution plans are met objectively at National level
  • Participate directly in reviewing of the ATL communication from Marketing Services before they are deployed
  • Report products performance National: gross margin, pricing elasticity, ROIC, penetration, ARPU and Churn variances, impact on revenues
  • Ensure the commercial executions are aligned National to meet Departmental and Company objectives in terms of Revenue and Acquisition
  • Liaise with Factory for pre-launch testing to be run with support of the Categories.
  • Ensure fully participation by the teams in the product conceptual process via sharing the customer feedback found during the weekly field visits from your regional team and self-visits

  • Direct and coordinate activities the Execution of Smartphone strategy in selling devices in all channels through leveraging on device selling initiatives such as smartphone fair and pushing open market channel.

Quality Assurance Analyst (Grade 9)

Role Purpose:

You are  responsible for quality assurance for KYC compliance as per the regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. 

Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct KYC quality assurance testing based on the set standards 
  • Perform end-to-end reviews of KYC information submitted by registration team for accuracy, completeness and validity
  • Perform surprise audit/check within the registration points to ensure no irregularities done by registration agents
  • Provide feedback through a daily report where cases of deficiencies are identified, with the analysis of the impact to the entire registered population.
  • Prepare quality assurance reports on a daily basis to be shared to the quality assurance supervisor and the management
  • Support the management of third parties Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key performance indicators (KPIs) with regard to the registration process
  • Execute action plan on the rejected registrations on a daily basis
  • Recommend to management the performance of the registration agents, tools and systems

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in law,Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years’ experience in similar or related roles with Data analytical skills
  • Experience in Quality Management, Internal Control, Risk Management in the Audit or banking sector or Telecommunication industry.
  • Ability to produce accurate and timely information in a high dynamic work environment.
  • Good report writing skills.
  • Ability to communicate, influence, and be a team player.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workloads in line with the registration targets.

Quality Assurance Supervisor (Grade 9)

JOB PURPOSE

You are overall responsible to ensure that business is achieving 100%  KYC compliance as per the regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. 

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead Quality Assurance Team for the KYC compliance and ensure adherence at 100% compliance for the registration processes and procedures at all times
  • Conduct end-to-end reviews of KYC information submitted by registration team for accuracy, completeness and validity.
  • Develop methodology for the testing of registered customers on sample basis
  • Lead the management of third parties Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key performance indicators (KPIs) with regard to the registration process
  • Prepare  daily KYC quality assurance reports based on the daily activations and the performed tests
  • Pro-actively review policy and procedures to enhance the KYC process, in consideration of both regulatory and internal controls requirements
  • Engage relevant units including third parties providing registration services regarding findings and work closely to discuss core issues and remediation.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, such as technical, customer operations  to ensure issues are escalated in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow-up on the rejected registration and ensure compliance is adhered to by the registering agents

Qualifications and Experience 
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in law, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

JOB PURPOSE

To ensure achievement of sales objectives in the region and correct implementation of company strategy through adequate coordination of distributors.
