COMMUNICATION OFFICER

Duties and responsibilities
• Plan communication programs, monitor forums, social media sites, product review sites& the press.
• Prepare reports for the management team and other marketing professionals with recommendations building a more positive attitude.
• Writing marketing communication materials, plan content and write copy for publications such as brochures, sales, leaflets &annual reports.
• Prepare case stories and conduct field visits
• Design communication materials
• Write reports i.e. Facebook trend report, monthly reports.
• CUG Data base update.
• Assist in all communication related activities as assigned by supervisor
Any other task assigned by the management.
Work/ Educational requirements:
• Experience of three (1) year, Degree holder of Mass communication, Public relations, Journalism or any other related field.
• Computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Writing and presenting skills.
• Designing skills.


COMMUNICATION MANAGER
Duties and responsibilities:
Corresponding with employees and external stakeholders to keep them informed of company development.
• Implementing communications strategies to increase employee’s awareness and promote organizational in a way that attempts to maintain a positive image.
• Developing print materials and branding strategies for employee use.
• Developing and distributing materials that may explain or convey the organizational policies or position on issues
• Create, implement and oversee communications activities be it internal or external that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products
• Developing relationship with key media to insure and grow media coverage both online and offline.
• Implementing communications plans to increase brand awareness and recognition for the organization.
• Collating and analyzing current communications and ensuring consistency
• Other duties may include issuing press release, arranging interviews, case stories and compiling press kits.

Any other task assigned by the management.
Work/ Educational requirements:
• Experience of three (5) years & Master degree in Mass communication, Public relations, International Relations or any other related field.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
• Photographing skills.
• Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure environment.
