JOB TITTLE:LAND SURVEYOR 2 POST
Land/geomatics surveyors measure and collect, data on specific areas of land, including information about boundaries, buildings and features, both natural and man-made.
The term “geomatics” tends to-be more commonly used than 'land surveying' in the industry.
POSITION: only two positions
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3-5 years practical working experience.
• Able to work across the country
• Degree in Geomantic
• Management, estimation and tendering in land surveying
• Should have vast knowledge in cost reporting and contract administration
• Excellent in using CCS and other estimation software
• International exposure with East African experience will be an added advantage
• Good team player
• Ability to work without supervision
• Very keen attention to details
• Report writing skills

Duties and responsibilities
• Measure the size & shape of an area of land
• Work out the position of boundaries of public or private land
• Study the natural and natural environment
• Physically set out land and building developments
